About Himanshu Ardawatia
Hello, My name is Himanshu Ardawatia. I conceptualised and created the game Glaring Reality. What I initially created as simple fun game for groups has evolved into a physical simulation game with many levels and modes for collaboration, understanding common systems perspective and team building in teams with diverse members.
As the creator of the Glaring Reality game, I am also the facilitator of the game workshop.
I focus on the dynamic interplay between technology, systems, data, and people, towards meaningful, sustainable outcomes and as enablers for real transformation.
I believe in the power of conversations, collaboration, and clear communication. I combine technical strength in IT, data, analytics, systems thinking, and network approaches with insights drawn from biological and information sciences, and philosophy. This interdisciplinary perspective enables me to facilitate with clarity while fostering a culture of curiosity, empathy, empowerment and continuous learning.
I bring much facilitation & public speaking experience, having presented at the World Resources Forum (Davos), Social Innovation Exchange, HumanKind2050 (World Futures Studies Forum), Conference of Young Scientists on Energy Issues, etc. I’m also a TEDx speaker and winner of the Table Topic round at Toastmasters, Berlin
I have been involved as advisor and board member to institutions working in entrepreneurship, sustainable development and education.
I am also founder of the social enterprise Colors From The World and am one of the winners of Top10 award by Leadership Foundation in Norway.
